Adeel Abbas Adil is an interdisciplinary theatre artist, educator, and doctoral research scholar with over fifteen years of continuous experience in Urdu and Punjabi theatre as a director, playwright, and lead actor. His work intersects Eco-Theatre, social satire, environmental aesthetics, and cross-cultural literary adaptation. He is the Founder and General Secretary of the Ramouz Organization for Art & Literature.

My work focuses on Eco-Theatre, dark social satire, environmental aesthetics, and cross-cultural literary adaptation in Urdu and Punjabi. I aim to bridge regional folklore with contemporary theatrical scenography.

My PhD research at the University of Education, Lahore examines Urdu translations of French dramatic literature, focusing on Molière, Jean-Paul Sartre, and Samuel Beckett, and their influence on South Asian theatre.

Founded in 2018, Ramouz Organization for Art & Literature hosts poetry recitals, visual arts exhibitions, theatre workshops, classical music sessions, and climate awareness campaigns across Punjab.
